With a deep focus on autism and the developmental needs of neurodiverse children, Richa brings together academic research and community-based action to drive real change. Her expertise lies in social skills training, emotional regulation, and inclusive education.
Through workshops, scholarly publications, and presentations at national and international forums, she works to create accessible, evidence-based support systems for children with special needs. Richa is passionate about bridging the gap between theory and lived realities—making neuropsychology relevant, compassionate, and impact-driven.
