1. Monthly Hour Commitment

 

Volunteers must complete the following minimum hours each month:

• 9 hours of on-ground volunteering

• 3 hours of online meetings

• 6 hours of department-specific work (e.g., content creation, PR, fundraising, research, etc.)

• Timely submission of all departmental work is essential.

 

2. Communication Protocol

• All communication must be clear, respectful, and timely.

• All volunteers must acknowledge every message shared in official groups.

• Any absence, delay, or issue in task execution must be communicated proactively.

• Open communication fosters trust—please don’t hesitate to reach out when in doubt.

 

3. Social Media Engagement

 

Volunteers are expected to actively support the organisation by:

• Following and engaging with all official social media platforms.

• Mentioning @prabhavtrust in their Instagram bio as a gesture of affiliation.

4. Weekly Online Meetings

 

• Attendance in weekly virtual team meetings is compulsory.

• Cameras must be turned on during the meeting for effective interaction.

• A maximum of two absences per month is allowed, provided prior intimation is given.

 

5. Respect & Grievance Redressal

 

• Any concerns, conflicts, or discrepancies must be directly addressed to our Founder or Coordinators.

• No disrespect, negative commentary, or bad-mouthing of the organisation will be tolerated in any form or forum. • We assure every volunteer that their concerns will be heard and resolved with sincerity and thoroughness.
